Hello, everyone! This is Alex Poter, 6 years experienced certified technician in QuickBooks support services. You can use the QuickBooks tool hub to resolve the errors H202 and H505. These are network-related errors that appear when you try to switch to multi-user mode. To resolve the errors, open Tool Hub and tap on the Network Issues tab. Then, select Quickbooks database server manager by selecting the Start Scan option. Wait for the DBSM to repair the issue and select close when done.
